Plagioclase is a basal, shallow-forming intrusive rock, mostly showing dark grey and grey-black colours, mainly composed of pyroxene and basal feldspar, which is often altered to chlorite, hornblende and carbonate minerals, so that the plagioclase has an overall grey-green colour due to the colour of chlorite. Plagioclase is often found as veins, walls, beds, or filling basaltic craters, or it can occur separately from orogenic zones. Pyroxene has different names depending on its composition, such as quartz pyroxene if it contains more quartz, alkali pyroxene if it contains zeolite, orthoclase, etc., etc.
Use of Pyroxene
1、Pyroxene is a kind of superior building materials, such as Guizhou's "Luodian Green", Shanxi's "Taibai Green" and so on, many types of buildings are inseparable from the application of pyroxene.
2、Pyroxene can be used for building stone and craft stone, is a kind of cast stone raw material, the texture is uniform, no cracks of pyroxene can be used as stone raw materials.
3、Pyroxene can be used for good asphalt concrete crushed stone on the highway.
4、Pyroxene can also be used for the lining of some mechanical equipments as well as various forms of parts such as joints and casing.
Sand processing of pyrophyllite
The pyroxene material which needs to be processed for sand making enters into the sand making equipment, and is divided into two parts by the distributor, a part of the material enters into the high-speed rotating impeller, and is accelerated rapidly inside the impeller, and the high-speed rotating material is projected out from the three uniformly distributed runners of the impeller, and a part of the material is scattered by the distributor all around, and the material from the two different positions is impacted to be crushed, and then impacted to the lining layer of the material in the volute. After that, the materials from two different locations will be impacted and crushed, and then impacted on the lining layer of the materials in the supporting cavity, rebound to the top of the vortex cavity, and then move downward to form a continuous material curtain with the materials launched from the impeller channels, and achieve the purpose of crushing the materials after many impacts, friction and grinding.
