Using limestone as raw material, the project has a designed production capacity of 1,000 tons/hour and can produce two sizes of finished aggregate: conventional aggregate with particle sizes ranging from 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm, widely used in high-speed rail construction; and industrial aggregate, primarily in sizes of 3-8cm, directly supplied to lime kilns and other industrial applications. The process utilizes a combination of "front-end dry crushing + back-end wet finishing," ensuring production efficiency while further optimizing aggregate particle shape and cleanliness through wet processing.
