In the smart park covering an area of 120,000 square meters, the fully enclosed production workshop is operating effectively in "silent mode". As a key project serving the construction of Shaanxi's "three vertical and five horizontal" transportation network, this green production line with an annual output of 3 million tons uses a fully enclosed dust removal system and an intelligent central control platform from ore crushing to finished product delivery, and the dust concentration is lower than (10mg/m³).

The factory building adopts a fully enclosed design, like a solid barrier, firmly locking the dust that may be generated during the production process; the negative pressure dust removal system is like an invisible vacuum cleaner, capturing fine dust at all times; the intelligent spray device will automatically start when the dust concentration increases according to the monitoring data, forming a fine water mist net to settle the dust; the car washing machine equipped at the entrance and exit of the factory area will perform all-round cleaning for each transport vehicle to prevent vehicles from taking dust on the road, truly realizing the organic unity of "green production" and "efficiency output", and achieving the harmonious coexistence of "gold and silver mountains" and green waters and green mountains.

Intensive design optimizes space utilization

The project adopts an innovative tower design to break the limitations of the traditional flat-lay production layout. This three-dimensional intensive planning method saves 3 times the land use compared to the traditional flat-lay mode, and builds an effective production system in a limited space. Inside the tower, each production link is closely connected, and materials flow in an orderly manner through the vertical transportation system, which not only reduces the material transportation distance, but also reduces energy consumption, realizes the dual improvement of space utilization and production efficiency, and provides a new model for the intensive use of land resources.

Hard-core equipment builds the foundation of a major country project

Use "hard technology" to strengthen the "soft power" of China's infrastructure. In the core crushing area, the C6X jaw crusher is crushing limestone with a throughput of 1,500 tons/hour. Its original equal-cavity curve crushing technology greatly reduces the equipment wear rate; the CI5X impact crusher is equipped with an intelligent hydraulic system that can adjust a variety of crushing parameters online. The hard-core performance of these "major country equipment" confirms the leap of Chinese equipment from "following" to "leading".

Once an abnormality occurs in a certain link, the system immediately activates the emergency plan to ensure safe and stable production; the automatic loading system realizes unmanned operation of the entire process from finished product delivery to vehicle loading, and through intelligent identification of vehicle information, accurately controls the loading volume, greatly improves loading efficiency and accuracy, reduces manual intervention, and reduces operating costs.
