The production line adopts a modular design, including a feeding and primary crushing module, a mud removal and natural sand screening module, a buffer tank module, a secondary and fine crushing module, a screening module, a sand shaping and making module, a finished product storage module, and an environmental treatment module. The natural sand screening module efficiently recycles raw materials, maximizing resource utilization. The sand shaping module integrates "sand making machine + roller crusher" technology to optimize the gradation of finished sand and enhance its quality. Regarding environmental protection, the project fully utilizes wet processing, combined with a spray system and advanced wastewater treatment and recycling technologies, effectively reducing dust emissions and promoting water recycling.
