First, limestone raw material is obtained through mountain blasting and fed into the F5X1360(S) feeder for pre-screening. The feeder's built-in screen efficiently removes debris, achieving initial purification of the raw material. After screening, small materials are directly fed into the transfer silo of the impact crusher, while larger materials are first crushed by a jaw crusher before entering the transfer silo. This combination of pre-screening and initial crushing lays the foundation for subsequent efficient production.

The materials in the transfer silo are simultaneously fed into two PFW1318Ш European-style hydraulic three-chamber impact crushers for crushing. The impact crusher's unique operating principle crushes materials into a relatively uniform particle size. The crushed materials are then screened by the new S5X2760 vibrating screen, while larger materials return to the impact crusher for further crushing, forming a closed-loop system to ensure thorough material crushing. Stone powders in sizes of 0, 3, and 6 mm are screened out and can be used as raw materials for other applications. The remaining finished products, in sizes ranging from 6 to 31.5 mm, are fed into the VSI6X1263 impact crusher for shaping and sand production. The impact crusher's shaping effect results in a more uniform particle shape, significantly improving the quality of the manufactured sand. Finally, the crushed material is sequentially screened by two S5ZX2760 vibrating screens, resulting in six finished product sizes: 0, 3, 6, 11, 19, 26.5, and 31.5 mm, meeting the diverse particle size requirements of different customers.
