The production line is equipped with four professional dust collectors, belt conveyors are covered with dust covers, and a spray system is used simultaneously to effectively control dust. In addition, the project adopts a dry production process, avoiding wastewater discharge and truly achieving environmentally friendly production.

The finished products produced by this project are mainly supplied to Xintongling Building Materials Group, a top concrete engineering company in Sichuan Province, which has very high requirements for the quality of the finished aggregates. To meet this demand, Shibang Group equipped the client with the latest CI5X impact crusher and VSI6X sand making machine. After the project was put into operation, the produced finished aggregates have good particle shape and excellent gradation, and the quality of the manufactured sand is completely comparable to river sand, with excellent application results. The output ratio of each finished material can be flexibly adjusted according to market demand to meet the needs of different customers.
