Design Concept

The HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher utilizes the principle of laminated crushing to achieve effective material crushing. To enable intelligent control, technical engineers have incorporated Internet of Things (IoT) technology, equipping it with an electronic display screen for real-time monitoring of equipment operation, making operation more convenient and stable.

Design Advantages

1. Floating Main Shaft


The floating main shaft makes discharge opening adjustment more convenient. The automatic control system allows for dynamic load adjustment, including automatic load setting and automatic discharge opening setting, maximizing crushing efficiency, flexibly adjusting product gradation, reducing human error, and saving production costs.


2. Steep Cone-shaped Moving Cone


The steeper crushing cone reduces the impact of raw ore moisture content on output. With high throughput capacity, it achieves more crushing cycles and better lamination effects.

3. Constant Output Liner Plates


The crushing chamber liner plates (crushing wall and mantle) show minimal output variation during the initial and final stages of use, increasing total output by approximately 15% and extending liner plate life by approximately 6%.
