The overflow part of the hydrocyclone is the qualified ore, while the unqualified fluid at the bottom needs to enter the ball mill again for secondary grinding.

3. flotation separation stage:

In order to improve the utilization of the ore and improve the quality of the ore, the ore after grinding and classifying is sent to the flotation separation stage. In this stage, the flotation process is used to separate and purify the ore by adding adsorbents and frothers to float the useful nickel mineral particles onto the froth layer.
