1. Different seasons, different lubricating oils

The maintenance of mobile stone crusher equipment needs to change with the seasons to meet the challenges brought by environmental changes. In spring, due to the cold weather, it is recommended to use a thinner lubricant to enhance fluidity and protect mechanical parts from low temperature stagnation. In autumn, although the temperature has dropped, the high temperature period still exists, so it is recommended to switch to a thicker lubricant to ensure that it can still maintain good lubrication effect in a high temperature environment, reduce wear and extend the life of the equipment.

2. Different lubricants for different component pressures

Under heavy load conditions, especially when the bearings are under high pressure, the working parts of the mobile stone crusher equipment are easily squeezed out, causing the parts to run in a dry state, which will significantly increase the working temperature and aggravate wear. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the parts and extend their service life, lubricants with higher viscosity need to be selected. This type of lubricant can better adhere to the surface of the parts, reduce oil loss, maintain a good lubrication effect, effectively reduce the working temperature, protect the parts from overheating damage, and ensure that the mobile crushing station can also operate stably and efficiently under heavy load conditions.

3. Different component speeds and different lubricants

When the mobile crushing station is working, the selection of speed and lubricant viscosity is crucial. At high speeds, oil with low viscosity should be selected to prevent the oil film from being too thick, resulting in increased friction and bearing temperature rise; at low speeds, oil with high viscosity is suitable to ensure sufficient lubrication. Under conditions where both speed and pressure are high, the oil with low viscosity can be effectively sucked in and squeezed between the sliding surfaces due to the pumping effect generated by rotation, forming a liquid friction layer, isolating the contact surface, and reducing wear and heat.
