1. Appearance difference

Although both coarse jaw crusher and fine jaw crusher are in the shape of cube, coarse jaw crusher is thin and tall, while fine jaw crusher is short and wide, and the corresponding sizes of each component are different.

2. Discharge port difference

The discharge port of coarse jaw crusher is set wider, and the discharge particle size is large; the discharge port of fine jaw crusher is set narrower, and the discharge particles are smaller. The discharge size of coarse jaw crusher is 15-350㎜, and the discharge size of fine jaw crusher is 18-90㎜. Obviously, the discharge of fine jaw crusher is finer.

3. Output difference

The feed port of coarse jaw crusher is large, and the hourly crushing output is high. The maximum hourly output of PE series coarse jaw crusher is 1,000 tons; the fine jaw crusher crushes the material more finely, and needs to be repeatedly ground and crushed, and the output is relatively low, with a maximum hourly output of 105 tons.

4. Differences in application areas

In the stone crushing production process, the coarse jaw crusher is generally used for primary crushing, that is, the coarse crushing link, with a maximum feed of 1200 mm; the fine jaw crusher is generally a secondary crushing equipment, which is used to crush the coarsely crushed stone, with a maximum feed of 250 mm.
