1. Rotor

The rotor of the impact crusher is usually made of cast steel. Because of its heavy weight and strength, it can fully meet the needs of crushing operations and is also convenient for installing blow rods. It is composed of multiple discs made of cast steel or steel plates. This structure is not only easy to manufacture, but also easy to balance. At the same time, it is necessary to carry out static balance tests on it to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

2. Blow rod

The hammer rod is a key part that rotates with the rotor in the impact crusher. When the crusher is working, the blow rod is easily damaged because it is in direct contact with the raw materials. Factors affecting its life include materials and manufacturing processes, raw material properties, rotor speed, structure and performance. High manganese steel, high chromium cast iron, etc. are commonly used materials for making blow rods.

3. Impact plate

The impact crusher can use different types of impact plates: the broken line impact plate is easy to manufacture, but it cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the crusher in crushing the raw materials and is easy to be damaged; the arc impact plate can ensure that the raw materials are vertically shot to the impact plate, and the impact crusher has a higher crushing efficiency.
