There are two different modes for the production process of basalt by the sand making machine. The production capacity under these two production modes is different. The specific production process is as follows:
1. Full center feeding production mode
In this production mode, the processing process of the sand making machine is as follows: basalt falls into the feed hopper, enters the high-speed rotating rotor through the center feed hole, is fully accelerated and thrown out through the launch port, first collides with a part of the material that falls freely after rebounding, and then impacts the vortex material lining (or counterattack block) in the surrounding vortex cavity, first rebounds to the top of the crushing cavity, then deflects downward, collides with the material emitted from the impeller flow channel to form a continuous material curtain, and finally discharged through the lower discharge port.
2. Central feeding accompanied by annular waterfall feeding production mode
In this production mode, the processing process of the sand making machine is as follows: basalt falls into the feed hopper, then falls through the annular hole, and is divided into two streams by the bulk material plate. One stream enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the distribution plate, and the other stream falls from the surrounding of the distribution plate. The material entering the impeller is rapidly accelerated in the impeller and thrown out at high speed. It first impacts and crushes with another part of the free-falling material around the bulk material plate, and then impacts the vortex material lining (or impact block) in the surrounding vortex cavity. It is first rebounded to the top of the crushing cavity, and then deflected and moves downward, colliding with the material emitted from the impeller flow channel to form a continuous material curtain, and finally discharged through the lower discharge port.
These two different production modes make the basalt sand making machine have different material throughput per unit time, so its production capacity is different. However, the combination of these two production modes can make the production go more smoothly and obtain better production capacity.
