A jaw crusher is a coarse crushing machine with high processing capacity. However, regardless of the model, the feeding speed is crucial when processing materials. The requirements are very strict. Feeding too quickly or too slowly can negatively impact production. For example, if the material is fed too quickly, it won't be crushed quickly enough, leading to blockages. If the material is fed too slowly, production efficiency will be reduced. Therefore, continuous and uniform feeding is generally required.

3. Feeding Properties

A jaw crusher is a coarse crushing device. When processing materials, the feed properties must be consistent with the equipment's processing capacity. Otherwise, it can easily cause increased equipment wear or affect the quality of the finished product. Material properties refer not only to particle size and hardness, but also to composition, such as the content of fine particles. Generally speaking, if the content of fine particles is high, screening is necessary before crushing.
