(1) Before the entire production line is put into operation, all equipment must be checked for technical consultation to ensure the normal operation of each machine and equipment. In the early stage of foundation construction, ensure that the equipment foundation is solid and reliable.

(2) Start each equipment in the normal startup sequence of the equipment. Only after the current equipment is running normally and smoothly can the next equipment be started, and always pay attention to the operation status of the machine. The normal startup sequence of the stone crushing production line equipment is: conveyor, crusher, vibrating screen. After production is completed, confirm that there is no residue in the equipment. The equipment shutdown sequence is the opposite.

(3) Strict requirements for equipment feeding. Do not feed materials larger than the equipment feeding size or unbreakable materials into the crusher equipment, otherwise it will cause serious equipment wear or substandard sand and gravel quality problems.

(4) During the stone crushing production process, if there is abnormal noise or abnormal operation of the equipment, the machine should be stopped in time. After checking the machine and equipment to find out the problem and solve it, the production process can be continued. When foreign matter appears in the equipment and cannot be crushed, the feeding should be stopped to avoid the machine being stuck. During normal operation, the feeding speed should be uniform to improve production.

(5) After production, the equipment should be properly stored and lubricated, and the equipment should be roughly inspected during production intervals.
