1. The threads of the support sleeve and the adjustment sleeve are worn. For this phenomenon, it is necessary to repair or replace them according to the wear condition to reduce the loosening of the adjustment ring;

2. When the cone crusher is working, the discharge port needs to be adjusted due to production needs, but an error occurs during the adjustment process, making the discharge port too large or too small, so that the adjustment ring becomes loose. The solution at this time is to adjust the discharge port to a normal level;

3. Generally speaking, before starting the cone crusher, it is necessary to perform various parts of it. During the inspection, if any loose or damaged parts are found, they need to be tightened or repaired (replaced). However, sometimes the machine is not fully inspected before starting. At this time, if the adjustment cap or the bevel iron key of the equipment is not fully locked, the adjustment ring will be loose. The solution at this time is to lock the adjustment cap or the bevel iron key;

4. If the crushing wall and the mortar wall of the cone crusher are too thick, the adjustment ring will also be loose. At this time, these two parts need to be modified or replaced;
