At a time when the concepts of environmental protection and sustainable development are becoming more and more popular, Shandong has invested 200 million yuan to build an industrial park project that has been in operation for many years, using the industry's high-standard green, intelligent, industrialized, and park-based design concepts. The project integrates mine tailings and construction waste treatment, commercial concrete stations, and brick-making lines, providing a new idea and successful example for solving the problem of construction waste treatment and promoting resource recycling.

The stone line of the project includes a 450t/h wet mine waste rock crushing and sand making production line and a 200t/h dry concrete block (demolition construction waste) crushing production line, and has introduced a series of new host equipment from Shibang Group. The 450t/h line is equipped with F5X feeder, C6X jaw crusher, HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, VSI6X sand making machine, S5X vibrating screen, and the 200t/h line uses F5X feeder, PEW jaw crusher, PFW impact crusher and other equipment. Like a well-trained "iron team", they crush and screen waste resources efficiently and orderly, and produce finished materials with complete specifications. These finished materials are not only supplied to local large-scale construction units, but also provide high-quality raw materials for their own commercial concrete stations and terminal recycled building materials such as recycled bricks, realizing the maximum utilization of resources.

In terms of greening, the environmentally friendly production system is a model. The project adopts a production process combining dry and wet methods. For the dust generated by screening and conveying, it uses high-efficiency pulse bag dust collectors to treat it. At the same time, the belt corridor is fully enclosed, and the belt semicircular secondary closure is adopted, which effectively solves the dust pollution and noise problems in the production process and builds a green barrier for the surrounding environment.

Intelligent and automated control systems are another core competitiveness of the project. Production, maintenance, and daily maintenance use DCS visual, fully automatic, intelligent modular distributed control systems, and only a small number of people are needed to achieve related production operations around the clock. This highly intelligent production model not only saves a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but also significantly improves production efficiency.

The wastewater treatment system also performs well. During the production process, the project introduces production wastewater, transport vehicle washing wastewater, workshop floor washing wastewater, and fine material washing water into the regulating tank. After adding flocculants and stirring and settling, the clean water is recycled and reused, and the sludge is pumped into the plate filter press by the mud pump for solid waste treatment, truly achieving zero sewage discharge and zero pollution, and making positive contributions to the recycling of water resources and environmental protection.

In addition, the project adheres to high starting point positioning, high standardization, and high-level management. It is a key demonstration project for the production of recycled building materials in Shandong. It meets the local construction waste treatment needs and has become a green, intelligent, and industrialized garden-style enterprise in Shandong.
