Motor:

Eccentric sleeve: The main shaft rotates to drive the moving cone, performs a swinging motion, realizes efficient crushing operation of the crusher, and the power transmission is stable and reliable.

Fixed cone: Fixed on the frame, forming a crushing chamber with the moving cone.

Moving cone: Installed on the eccentric sleeve, it performs a swinging motion with the rotation of the eccentric sleeve, and completes the crushing of the material together with the fixed cone.

The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts the principle of laminated crushing, and the specific working process is as follows:

Start: The motor starts, the V-belt transmits force, the shaft rotates the bevel gear, the eccentric sleeve rotates, the drive mechanism starts, and the crushing operation is carried out.

Swinging motion: driven by the eccentric sleeve, the moving cone swings, the trajectory draws an ellipse, and the material is finely processed.

Crushing process: the material pours into the crushing chamber from the crusher feed port, and the moving cone and the fixed cone cooperate ingeniously in this space, sometimes approaching and sometimes deviating, and the material is strongly squeezed and finely rubbed, and the material is gradually crushed to the required particle size, completing the efficient crushing process.

Discharge: The crushed material is discharged through the gap between the fixed cone and the moving cone, that is, discharged from the machine cavity from the discharge port.
