Working principle of hydraulic gyratory crusher

When a large non-crusher enters the crushing chamber, the large bevel gear with three thrust discs set on the eccentric shaft sleeve rotates, thus making the dynamic cone swing.
In addition, the large bevel gear and the central sleeve, so that the direction of rotation of the movable cone is opposite to the direction of rotation of the eccentric shaft sleeve.
This rotation movement makes the crushing product size more uniform and makes the movable cone liner wear evenly. The movable cone generates a frictional moment M due to the crushing force.
