Copper ore material production: the beneficiation process of porphyry copper ore generally adopts one roughing, 2-3 times of selection, 1-2 times of sweeping, that is, after a period of rough grinding, roughing, sweeping, and then the rough concentrate and then grinding and selecting to get a high grade copper concentrate. The production process is as follows:

The mined natural copper ore is evenly sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, and then to the impact crusher for secondary crushing, after secondary crushing, the copper ore is screened by vibrating screen, and the unqualified copper ore returns to the impact crusher for further crushing, and the qualified copper ore is sent to ball mill for grinding, and the ground copper ore is classified by the classifier, because solid particles with different specific gravity have different settling speeds in the liquid, and after being classified by classifier, the unqualified copper ore powder is returned to the ball mill. After sorting through the classifier, the unqualified copper ore powder is returned to the ball mill for grinding, the qualified copper ore powder is sent to the magnetic separator for preliminary roughing, and the ore powder after roughing is sent to the flotation machine for selection, and the selected copper ore powder is dewatered in the concentrator and dried by the dryer remembering to the corresponding dry minerals, the grade is about 45%.
