Zhejiang Wenzhou Ruian transfers 98 million tons of building stones, with a starting price of over 3 billion yuan

Zhejiang Ruian plans to transfer about 98 million tons of ordinary building stones, with a starting price of about 3.067 billion yuan. Liming Group provides advanced equipment to support the project. Recently, the Sand and Gravel Aggregate Network learned from the Ruian Municipal People's Government that Zhejiang Wenzhou Ruian plans to transfer two ordinary building stones totaling about 98 million tons. The two stone mines are located in Beilong Fenghuangtou Village and Beilong Shangganshan Village, respectively. The starting comprehensive unit prices are 31.66 yuan/ton and 30.23 yuan/ton, respectively, and the total resource volume is 75.92 million tons and 21.9173 million tons, respectively. After calculation, the starting price is about 3.067 billion yuan in total.

Project Background

The two ore projects transferred this time include excess stones from ordinary building stone mines in Beilong Fenghuangtou Village and Beilong Shangganshan Village. The starting price of stone materials in Fenghuangtou Village, Beilong is 31.66 yuan/ton, and the resource volume is 75.92 million tons, including 71.2269 million tons of building stone materials (medium weathered rock) and 4.6931 million tons of stripping materials (strongly weathered rock, Quaternary residual slope accumulation layer and alluvial layer). The starting price of stone materials in Shanggan Mountain, Beilong is 30.23 yuan/ton, and the resource volume is 21.9173 million tons, including 18.1319 million tons of building stone materials (medium weathered rock) and 3.7854 million tons of stripping materials.

After the auction is completed, the bidder must start stone disposal within 30 days after signing the contract, and the disposal period shall not exceed 20 years. The comprehensive unit price of the project transfer already includes the mining fee of 10.5 yuan/ton. The bidder needs to submit a one-month supply plan to the transferor 30 days in advance, and the supply plan shall not exceed the maximum monthly mining capacity of the mining party. The delivery location of the stone is the island wharf where the mining area is located. The bidder must cooperate in the supply and consumption work and connect the supply plan with the transferor.

Payment and settlement method

The auction payment is divided into two parts:

1. The price after deducting the mining fee of 10.5 yuan/ton from the comprehensive unit price of the auction transaction is paid to the designated account of the transferor. After the contract is signed, the bidder shall complete the corresponding payment within two weeks after receiving the payment notice issued by the transferor.

2. The mining fee of 10.5 yuan/ton shall be paid to the designated mining party account within two weeks after the bidder receives the payment notice. The transferor shall issue a non-tax bill according to the amount of the paid price.

The maximum pick-up quantity shall not exceed the amount of stone corresponding to the paid payment. After the disposal is completed, it shall be settled according to the actual quantity, and the excess shall be refunded and the shortage shall be supplemented.
