The project faced three major challenges in the early stage of construction: First, the local sand and gravel resources were in short supply, and ensuring stable supply became the top priority; second, the environmental performance of traditional sand and gravel processing technology did not meet the standards and urgently needed to be upgraded; third, the sand produced by traditional sand making technology had poor particle shape and unsatisfactory grading.
Liming Group adheres to the design concept of industrial park, intelligence, green and modularization, and tailors a one-stop solution for customers: combining dry and wet processes, using spray dust suppression and dust removal systems to significantly reduce dust emissions; water washing sand making combined with sewage treatment to achieve zero emissions, truly practicing green production. Optimize the combination of crushing and sand making equipment to ensure that the sand and gravel aggregates have perfect particle shape and accurate grading.
The production line is equipped with F5X feeder, C6X jaw crusher, HST single-cylinder cone crusher, HPT multi-cylinder cone crusher, VSI6X impact crusher and S5X vibrating screen. ● Automatic adjustment: The HPT cone crusher hydraulic system automatically adjusts the discharge port according to the load, reducing manual intervention and saving 15% of electricity.
● Energy efficiency management: VSI sand making machine frequency conversion control, dynamic power adjustment, power consumption per ton reduced to 9.2kWh.

● Dust control: Closed production workshop + pulse bag dust removal system, dust emission is stable ≤10mg/m³, in line with Zhejiang's "ultra-low emission" standard.
