The 200 ton per hour copper ore crushing line equipment plan is as follows:

Feed: copper ore, below 800mm

Finished product: 0-15mm

Main equipment: one PEW1100 jaw crusher and three HST315 cone crushers.

PEW1100 jaw crusher is a high-efficiency crushing equipment with large feed opening size, which is suitable for handling materials of various hardness, especially ores and rocks with compressive strength not higher than 280MPa.

HST315 Cone Crusher, on the other hand, is famous for its integration of hydraulic, electric, automation and intelligent control technology, which is suitable for medium, fine and ultra-fine crushing operations, with the advantages of high crushing efficiency, low production cost and easy maintenance and adjustment.

Copper ore crushing process:

Copper ore enters PEW1100 jaw crusher through vibrating feeder to achieve preliminary crushing. Subsequently, the material is transferred to HPT315 Hydraulic Cone Crusher for further medium crushing. After intermediate crushing, the material is then crushed by two HST315 cone crushers for fine crushing. Finally, the crushed copper ore material is screened by two vibrating screens to ensure that the finished products are of high quality and screened out. The whole process is efficient and precise, ensuring the processing quality of copper ore.
