2. HJ98 High-Energy Jaw Crusher
As the core equipment for coarse crushing, HJ98 adopts a deep-cavity crushing design with a feed port size of 980×650mm, which can process large pieces of basalt at one time (maximum feed size 500mm). Its hydraulic adjustment discharge port function can quickly adjust the discharge size to 100-200mm, providing ideal raw materials for subsequent medium and fine crushing.
3. HPT300 Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher
As the "efficiency leader" of the medium and fine crushing link, HPT300 further crushes the coarsely crushed basalt to 30-70mm through the principle of lamination crushing. Coarse crushing stage
The basalt raw material is evenly transported to the HJ98 jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder, crushed to 100-200mm and then transported by a belt conveyor.
Medium and fine crushing stage
The coarse crushed material enters the HPT300 cone crusher, and is crushed to 30-70mm ballast stone for secondary crushing, which is directly used as aggregate for high-speed rail; the 0-18mm fine material enters the shaping machine.
Shaping and screening stage
VSI5X8522 processes the fine material into 0-5mm fine sand and 5-18mm road surface material, which are graded by the vibrating screen and stored.
The process is connected by a closed loop belt conveyor to reduce material transfer losses, and the linkage control of the shaping machine and the vibrating screen is used to achieve flexible adjustment of the output of fine aggregate and fine aggregate.
