Against the backdrop of increasingly stringent environmental protection policies, construction waste treatment projects have become a focus with their green, environmentally friendly, efficient and worry-free characteristics. 1. Production line configuration

The production line adopts an advanced EPC (engineering general contracting) service model to ensure the safety and efficiency of the entire process from design to construction to operation. The core configuration of the production line includes CI5X impact crusher, B6X series belt conveyor and S5X vibrating screening equipment. These equipment are all made of high-quality materials, have stable performance, and have less downtime and maintenance time, providing a strong guarantee for the continuous and stable operation of the production line.

Specifically, the production line is equipped with three CI5X impact crushers for medium crushing of construction waste; multiple B6X series belt conveyors for material transportation and transfer; and multiple S5X vibrating screening equipment for screening the crushed materials to obtain finished products of different specifications. This configuration not only ensures the processing capacity of the production line, but also realizes the efficient flow and fine screening of materials.

2. Processing process

Raw material pretreatment: Construction waste raw materials are first screened to remove large impurities and unbreakable materials, preparing for subsequent crushing.

Middle crushing: The materials that have passed the primary screening are directly crushed by the secondary middle crushing impact crusher. The CI5X impact crusher crushes the materials to the required particle size with its efficient crushing capacity and good particle shape control effect.

Screening and grading: The crushed materials are conveyed to the S5X vibrating screening equipment for screening through the B6X series belt conveyor. According to the needs, the screening equipment divides the materials into various specifications such as 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-31.5mm, etc., to meet the needs of related materials such as municipal construction.

Environmental protection treatment: During the production process, the production line adopts an environmental protection process scheme with dry method as the main method and wet method as the auxiliary method. The dry dust removal process is combined with the dry fog dust suppression configuration to effectively control the dust emission concentration and ensure that the environmental protection of the entire production line meets the standards. At the same time, the raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse and all belt conveyor transfer interfaces are all equipped with a dry fog dust suppression system to further reduce dust spillage.

Finished product storage and transportation: The screened finished products are stored in the finished product warehouse according to the specifications, and are subsequently used or sold through belt conveyors or other transfer equipment.

The biggest highlight of this production line is that it eliminates the coarse crushing link in the conventional process, and directly enters the secondary medium crushing impact crusher for crushing after primary screening. This innovative design not only simplifies the process flow, but also saves costs for customers. At the same time, the production line also performs well in environmental protection treatment.
