Anthracite is the coal with the largest degree of coalification, commonly known as white coal or red coal, anthracite black hard, metallic luster, high fixed carbon content, low volatile fraction yield, high density, not easy to grind, hardness, high ignition point, no smoke when burned, fracture into a shell shape, etc., the general carbon content of more than 90%, the volatiles are less than 10%, can be divided into the standard coal and the TJP filter media, commonly used specifications for 0.6-1.2 mm, 0.8-1.8mm, 1-2mm, 3-6mm, 4-8mm.
Anthracite distribution
China's anthracite coal reserves are predicted to be 474 billion tonnes, accounting for 10% of the country's total coal resources, with an annual production of 200 million tonnes. Among them, Shanxi Province accounts for 32%, Henan Province accounts for 18% and Guizhou Province accounts for 11%. There are six major anthracite coal bases in China: Beijing Beijing Coal Group, Jincheng Coal Group, Jiaozuo Coal Group, Henan Yongcheng Mining District, Shenhua Ning Coal Group, and Yangquan Coal Group. Among them, the anthracite from Ningxia Alkali Gou Mountain is a rare high-quality anthracite coal.
Anthracite Investment Prospects
1, anthracite coal has a wide range of applications, anthracite lump coal is mainly used in fertiliser, ceramics, manufacturing and forging industries; anthracite coal is mainly used in the metallurgical industry for blast furnace blowing and so on.
2, the future demand for coal will continue to remain stable, continue to strengthen production safety supervision and inspection, will make the short-term supply is tight;
3, at present, the domestic macro-economy maintains stable and fast growth, iron and steel, electric power, chemical industry, building materials and other major coal-consuming industries to coal consumption demand increases steadily, which will directly drive the steady growth of coal production and sales, so it is expected that the price of coal will continue to maintain a high level.
Production and application process
1、Standard filter media is made of high-quality carbon block processed by selecting, crushing and screening. Through the co-operation of crushing equipments such as jaw crusher and impact crusher and circular vibrating screen, the standard coal is processed, so that the finished product has a good glossy appearance, strong compression and abrasion resistance, and it can be used for double-layer and triple-layer filtration.
2、It can also calcine the anthracite coal, and do the heat source of rotary kiln burner in the new dry process cement production line.
