Density is about 1.2-1.5. volatile matter is about 10-40 per cent. Relative density 1.25-1.35, calorific value about 27170-37200 kJ/kg (6500-8900 kcal/kg).
Bituminous coal is grey-black to black in appearance, with powder ranging from brown to black. By the lustrous and non-lustrous parts of the mutual collection of synthetic layers, asphalt, grease, glass, metal, adamantine and other luster are available, with obvious banded, convex mirror-like structure.
Main Uses
1、Bituminous coal is widely used as coking, power and gasification coal. Bituminous coal burning more smoke easily cause air pollution.
2 Bituminous coal can be used as fuel, fuel cell, catalyst or carrier, soil conditioner, filtering agent, construction material, adsorbent treatment of wastewater.
3, bituminous coal can be coking, refining, gasification, low temperature dry distillation and chemical industry and other raw materials, can also be used directly as fuel.
Bituminous coal grinding process
Bituminous coal processing needs to be crushed, crushed to the size of the appropriate particle size, and then sent to the milling equipment to grind into the powder below 325 mesh. The powder will be sent into the slurry drum to add water and dispersant mixing and pulping, and then be ultra-fine pulverised to 4500-6000 mesh;
After ultra-fine pulverisation, the bituminous coal slurry is dried and dispersed, and sent to the calcining furnace for calcination, and 1-3% of the total weight of the whitening agent is added to the calcination, and the whitening agent is made of fine coal, sodium sulphate and sodium chloride, and is mixed with the weight of 10:0.3:0.2. The calcination temperature is 970-990℃.
