Production situation

First of all, the construction waste should be processed to the maximum feed size acceptable to the impact mobile crusher, then the processed materials are sent to the vibrating feeder of the mobile crusher, the vibrating feeder filters out the fine sand and gravel, and sends the remaining lumps of bricks evenly to the impact crusher to be crushed, and then the crushed materials are sent to the mobile screening station to be screened, and the materials which fail to meet the requirements are returned to continue to be crushed while the materials which meet the requirements are conveyed by the conveyor to be crushed by the mobile crusher, and then the materials which meet the requirements are sent to the mobile crusher for screening. The materials that meet the requirements are sent to the finished products pile by the conveyor.

The mobile crusher needs to be installed with an iron removal device, which mainly removes the steel bars and other metal materials in the materials to avoid metal materials from entering the impact crusher and causing damage to the impact crusher.
