Our customer in Xining, Qinghai uses two PEW European version jaw crushers 250*1000 + two VSI6X series vertical shaft impact crushers 9526 with a production capacity of 1600 square meters per day. The PEW European Impact Crusher uses impact energy to crush the material. When the material enters the plate hammer zone, it is crushed by the high speed impact of the plate hammer and thrown to the impact device mounted above the rotor to be crushed again, and then bounced back to the plate hammer zone from the impact liner to be crushed again.
This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The gap between the impact frame and rotor frame can be adjusted to change the size and shape of the material.
