Project Description:

Our customer in Xining, Qinghai uses two PEW European version jaw crushers 250*1000 + two VSI6X series vertical shaft impact crushers 9526 with a production capacity of 1600 square meters per day. The PEW European Impact Crusher uses impact energy to crush the material. When the material enters the plate hammer zone, it is crushed by the high speed impact of the plate hammer and thrown to the impact device mounted above the rotor to be crushed again, and then bounced back to the plate hammer zone from the impact liner to be crushed again.

This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The gap between the impact frame and rotor frame can be adjusted to change the size and shape of the material.  VSI6X series vertical shaft impact crusher working principle: the motor drives the bearing cylinder drive part of the spindle for high-speed rotation, while the rotor with the spindle to do high-speed rotational movement, into the impeller inside the material is accelerated by the impeller sprayed to the crushing cavity, and the formation of the crushing cavity material lining material impact, grinding, the material accelerated kinetic energy into the crushing or shaping materials required energy, in the crushing cavity cycle The material is crushed and shaped several times under the action of surrounding gas vortex, thus realizing the continuous crushing and shaping of the material, and discharged from the lower part of the body to form the required finished material, this crushing method is "stone hit stone", and this mode is mainly used in the shaping and crushing of stone. It can be seen that the working principle of the two kinds of equipment, are mainly "stone hit stone", to achieve the purpose of reducing the wear and tear of the equipment, and quasi to the upper and middle hardness stone has a special design.
