Process Flow Detail
1. Raw Material Pretreatment: The production line begins with granite material obtained from the mountain. This material is first pre-screened by the F5X1345 feeder. This step effectively separates small and large materials, laying the foundation for subsequent processing.
2. Primary Crushing: After pre-screening, the small materials are directly fed into the cone crusher's transfer silo, while the large materials undergo preliminary crushing in the jaw crusher before also entering the transfer silo. This step ensures that the raw materials have a particle size suitable for further processing.
3. Secondary and Tertiary Crushing: The material in the transfer silo is simultaneously fed into two HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers for crushing. With advanced features such as fully hydraulic adjustment, full oil lubrication, and LCD display operation, the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher achieves layered crushing, resulting in excellent output particle shape, providing a strong guarantee for the production of high-quality finished sand and gravel.

4. Screening and Finished Product Output: The materials processed by the cone crusher are screened by two new S5X2460-2 vibrating screens. Larger materials are returned to the cone crusher for further crushing, while the 31.5-40mm finished products are directly output. The remaining materials are further screened by an S5X2460-3 vibrating screen, ultimately producing four finished product sizes: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm.
