Talc, also known as painted stone, liquid stone, detritus, cold stone, guava, common stone, is a common silicate mineral. Its Mohs hardness is 1, which is the softest mineral known at present. It can replace chalk to draw white marks, and nails can leave scratches on talc. Talc is generally blocky, leaf-like, fibrous or radial, the color is white, gray, and will contain other impurities with a variety of colors.

Talcum powder is generally divided into talcum coarse powder processing ( 0-3MM ), fine powder processing ( 20 mesh-400 mesh ), and talcum superfine powder deep processing ( 400 mesh-1250 mesh ) and micro powder processing ( 1250 mesh-3250 mesh ) four types.

Crushing : Talcum bulk materials are crushed by a crusher to a fineness that can enter the mill ( 15mm-50mm ).Grinding : small pieces of crushed talc materials are sent to the hopper by the hoist, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill uniformly and quantitatively by the vibrating feeder for grinding.

Fine powder processing generally use LM vertical roller mill, MTW European mill, 5X European intelligent mill ; ultra-fine powder processing is generally selected LUM ultra-fine vertical mill, coarse powder processing selection CM European coarse grinding, straight-through centrifugal mill, MW ring roller mill.

Grading : The material after grinding is graded by the classifier, and the unqualified powder is graded by the classifier and returned to the main machine for regrinding.
Powder collection : The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the air flow through the pipeline for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is sent to the finished silo through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then uniformly packaged with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
