(1) Discharge 12, 13 stone quarry crushing production line

12, 13 stone specifications represent 10-20mm crushed stone, 16-31.5mm crushed stone; it can solve the problem of tight construction stone. Therefore, if you want to produce these particle sizes, the stone quarry crushing production line plans are also different.

The required equipment includes jaw crusher + cone crusher (impact crusher) + feeder + screening machine + belt conveyor; cone crusher is used to crush high-hardness stones into 12 and 13 stones, and impact crusher is used to crush medium-hardness stones; then the screening machine is used to select qualified stones.

05 stone specifications represent 0-5mm sand, which is what is called machine-made sand in the market; it can be used in construction production like natural sand, and natural sand has advantages such as diversified particle size and good particle shape; if you want to produce 05 stone specifications, then the type of equipment required in the stone crushing production line of the stone plant is also different;

Required equipment: jaw crusher + cone crusher (impact crusher) + sand making machine + screening machine + feeder; according to the different hardness of stones, the corresponding fine crusher should be selected in the fine crushing link. The crushed stone is processed by the sand making machine into 05 stone specifications, and then the screening machine is needed again to crush the unqualified machine-made sand again, and the qualified machine-made sand is returned to the finished product area.
