This project focuses on the annual production of 3.4 million tons of basalt crushing and sand making. Given the high hardness of basalt, stringent requirements are placed on crushing and sand making equipment and processes. The client highly recognizes Shibang Group's rich experience and outstanding strength in the field of hard rock crushing and has therefore decided to cooperate with Shibang. Shibang will be fully responsible for the entire process from process design, equipment selection and installation to plant construction, ensuring the efficient and smooth progress of the project to meet the annual production capacity demand of 3.4 million tons of basalt crushing and sand making.

The production line utilizes a three-stage crushing process, involving primary crushing, medium and fine crushing, and screening to produce high-quality fine sand of 0-3mm. This process is flexible and adaptable, allowing for adjustments to the finished product particle size according to market demand. The production line's mature technology ensures superior aggregate quality, meeting not only international standards but also the high standards required for road construction.
