In Yantai, a sand and gravel aggregate project with a cost of 168 million yuan is running in an orderly manner, continuously delivering high-quality sand and gravel products for the local high-speed rail construction. In terms of equipment selection, Shibang carefully configured a series of advanced equipment for the project according to the project capacity requirements (500t/h) and raw material characteristics (granite), including 1 F5X feeder, 1 C6X jaw crusher, 1 HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, 2 HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, 1 VSI6X impact crusher, 4 vibrating screens and dust collectors. These equipments cooperate with each other to form a complete granite production line with an output of 500 tons per hour. Among them, the jaw crusher, as the primary crushing equipment, can efficiently crush large pieces of granite; the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher undertake the task of medium and fine crushing to ensure that the particle size of the material meets the requirements of subsequent processing; the impact crusher further shapes and sands the material to produce high-quality machine-made sand; the vibrating screen accurately classifies the finished products of different particle sizes, and finally produces 5-10-26mm stones and 0-5mm fine machine-made sand to meet the needs of local mixing stations for different specifications of sand and gravel.

In terms of production technology, the project adopts the dry sand and gravel co-export process, which not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces production costs. The entire production line has a reasonable layout, the equipment runs smoothly, and each link is closely connected. At the same time, the project adopts an efficient closed-loop circulation system. The crushing, screening, transportation, finished product storage and other links all adopt a sealed structure and are equipped with efficient dust collection equipment, which effectively reduces dust emissions, achieves standard emissions, and meets environmental protection requirements.
