Equipment configuration
The project uses a complete set of equipment independently developed by Shibang Group:
1. 2 C6X jaw crushers, which adopt a unique structural design and optimize the crushing cavity. Because of this, they perform well in handling large pieces of materials. They not only have a high crushing ratio and considerable output, but also have extremely stable operation. They are effective equipment in crushing operations.
2. Equipped with 2 HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers and 4 HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers. Both use advanced hydraulic technology, have a high level of automation, and excellent crushing efficiency. Moreover, they can accurately control the product particle size, flexibly adapt to the needs of different production scenarios, and provide strong guarantees for production.
3. 4 VSI6X1040 vertical shaft impact crushers, which perform well in sand making and shaping, and can produce high-quality sand and gravel aggregates with ideal particle shape and grading.
4. 12 S5X series circular vibrating screens, with high screening efficiency and accurate precision, can quickly grade and screen materials according to different particle sizes.
Process flow
The production line adopts the "pre-screening + multi-stage crushing" process, which screens out the soil before crushing to reduce costs, allowing small pieces of material to bypass the jaw crusher and improve overall efficiency. The transfer warehouse is equipped with an intelligent storage system, which can ensure continuous production even if the material particle size is unstable and prevent equipment from idling or overflowing. In addition, production scheduling is optimized according to peak and valley electricity prices, and low-price electricity hours are fully utilized to effectively save energy costs and achieve efficient production and cost control.
