Talcum powder is generally divided into talcum coarse powder processing ( 0-3MM ), fine powder processing ( 20 mesh-400 mesh ), and talcum superfine powder deep processing ( 400 mesh-1250 mesh ) and micro powder processing ( 1250 mesh-3250 mesh ) four types.

Crushing : Talcum bulk materials are crushed by a crusher to a fineness that can enter the mill ( 15mm-50mm )

Grinding : The broken talc small material is sent to the silo by the hoist, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder.
Fine powder processing generally use LM vertical roller mill, MTW European mill, 5X European intelligent mill ; ultra-fine powder processing is generally selected LUM ultra-fine vertical mill, coarse powder processing CM European coarse grinding, straight-through centrifugal mill, MW ring roller mill.

Grading : The material after grinding is graded by the powder selecting machine, and the unqualified powder is graded by the powder selecting machine and returned to thegrinding.

Powder collection : The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished material warehouse through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then uniformly packed with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
