The drying and milling of the system are mutually standing, respectively, drying first and then grinding. The main equipment adopts the MTW series European mill of Liming Heavy Industry, and the bevel gear is driven as a whole. The three transmission systems are all thin oil lubrication, which has the advantages of small area, small investment, quick effect, convenient maintenance, energy saving and environmental protection.

The process flow of the two-step preparation system is as follows :
The raw coal in the raw coal bunker enters the drying equipment through the conveying equipment for drying ( optional according to demand ), enters the pre-grinding buffer bin through the hoist and other equipment, and the dried raw coal is fed into the MTW European mill through the closed quantitative feeder ( or vibrating feeder ). After the grinding powder is classified by the separator, it enters the powder collector ( or the special explosion-proof pulse dust removal for coal mill ) along the pipeline for collection. The collected finished pulverized coal enters the finished pulverized coal bunker for storage through the pneumatic conveying system ( the pneumatic conveying mode is optional ), and is transported by the tanker as needed. The whole system can add nitrogen system and carbon dioxide system to provide explosion-proof and fire protection. The key components are equipped with explosion-proof valves to prevent equipment damage.
