Marble powder is generally divided into four types : marble coarse powder processing ( 0-3MM ), fine powder processing ( 20 mesh-400 mesh ), and marble ultra-fine powder deep processing ( 400 mesh-1250 mesh ) and micro-powder processing ( 1250 mesh-3250 mesh ).

The marble bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the feed fineness ( 15mm-50mm ) that can enter the mill.The crushed small marble material is sent to the silo by the hoist, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder.

Fine powder processing generally use LM vertical mill, MTW European mill, 5X European intelligent mill ; ultra-fine powder processing generally uses LUM ultra-fine vertical mill, MW ring roller mill ; sand or coarse powder processing selection CM European coarse grinding, straight through centrifugal grinding.

The material after grinding is graded by the powder selecting machine, and the unqualified powder is graded by the powder selecting machine and returned to the host for regrinding.

The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished material warehouse through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then uniformly packaged with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
