Calcite is a calcium carbonate mineral, which is common and widely distributed in natural calcium carbonate. The crystal shapes of calcite are varied, and their aggregates can be clusters of crystals, or granular, massive, fibrous, stalactitic, earthy, etc. Punching calcite can get a lot of square fragments, so it is called square solution. Calcite is the main mineral of limestone and marble. It has many uses in production and life. We know that limestone can form caves, caves of stalactite, stalagmite and white marble is calcite composition.

Calcite powder is generally divided into calcite coarse powder processing ( 0-3MM ), fine powder processing ( 20 mesh-400 mesh ), and calcite superfine powder deep processing ( 400 mesh-1250 mesh ) and micro powder processing ( 1250 mesh-3250 mesh ) four types.

Crushing : Calcite bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the fineness ( 15mm-50mm ) that can enter the mill.

Grinding : small pieces of crushed calcite materials are sent to the hopper by hoist, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill uniformly and quantitatively by the vibrating feeder for grinding.
Fine powder processing generally use LM vertical mill, MTW European mill, 5X European intelligent mill ; ultra-fine powder processing generally uses LUM ultra-fine vertical mill, MW ring roller mill ; sand or coarse powder processing selection CM European coarse grinding, straight through centrifugal grinding.

Grading : The material after grinding is graded by the powder selecting machine, and the unqualified powder is graded by the powder selecting machine and returned to thegrinding.

Powder collection : The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished material warehouse through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then uniformly packed with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
