Feldspar is a general term for feldspar minerals. It is a kind of common aluminosilicate rock-forming minerals containing calcium, sodium and potassium. It has glass luster, various colors and irregular shapes. Rich in potassium or sodium feldspar is mainly used in ceramics, glass, enamel, abrasive tools and other industries ; feldspar containing rare elements such as rubidium and cesium can be used as a mineral raw material for extracting these elements ; beautifully colored feldspars can be used as decorative stones and secondary gems.

Feldspar powder is generally divided into coarse powder processing ( 0-3mm ), fine powder processing ( 20 mesh-400 mesh ), ultrafine powder processing ( 400 mesh-1250 mesh ) and micro powder processing ( 1250 mesh-3250 mesh ) four types.

Crushing : large pieces of feldspar by crusher broken into the mill feeding fineness ( 15mm-50mm ).

Grinding powder : the crushed small feldspar is sent to the silo by the hoist, and then it is evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibration feeder for grinding.
LM vertical mill, MTW European version mill and 5X European version intelligent mill can be selected for fine powder processing. Ultra-fine powder processing is generally selected LUM ultrafine vertical mill, MW ring roller mill, coarse powder processing CM European coarse grinding, straight-through centrifugal mill.

Grading : The feldspar powder after grinding is graded by the classifier, and the unqualified powder is graded by the classifier and returned to the main machine for regrinding.

Powder collection : The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished material warehouse through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then uniformly packed with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
