Spodumene grinding process, generally divided into spodumene coarse powder processing ( 0-3MM ), fine powder processing ( 20 mesh-400 mesh ), and spodumene ultra-fine powder deep processing ( 400 mesh-3250 mesh ) three types.

Crushing : Spodumene bulk materials are crushed by a crusher to a fineness ( 15mm-50mm ) that can enter the mill.

Grinding : The broken spodumene small material is sent to the silo by the hoist, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder.

Fine powder processing generally use LM vertical roller mill, MTW European mill, 5X European intelligent mill ; ultra-fine powder processing is generally selected LUM ultrafine vertical mill, MW ring roller mill, coarse powder processing CM European coarse grinding, straight-through centrifugal mill.

Grading : The material after grinding is graded by the classifier, and the unqualified powder is graded by the classifier and returned to the main machine for regrinding.

Powder collection : The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished material warehouse through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then uniformly packed with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
