Rare earth mineral resources distribution

1, the distribution of reserves is highly concentrated. So far, more than two-thirds of the country has been found in more than one-third of the provinces and districts of the thousands of deposits, sites and mineralisation origin, in addition to Inner Mongolia's Baiyun Ebo, Jiangxi Gannan, Guangdong Guangdong Yuebei, Sichuan Liangshan for the centralised distribution of rare earth resources, Shandong, Hunan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Fujian, Zhejiang, Hubei, Henan, Shanxi, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Xinjiang and other provinces and districts are also found in the rare earth deposits, but the amount of resources than the Mineralisation concentrated rich area is much less.

2, in petrochemical industry: molecular sieve catalysts made of rare earths have the advantages of high activity, good selectivity and strong resistance to heavy metal poisoning.

3, in glass ceramics: can be widely used as polishing powder for optical glass, spectacle lenses, picture tubes, oscilloscope tubes, flat glass, plastics and metal tableware polishing and so on.

4, in new materials: with high remanent magnetism, high coercivity and high magnetic energy product, it is widely used in electronic and aerospace industries.
