The Hangzhou-Huangshan High-speed Railway Passenger Dedicated Line project is 280 kilometers long, with a bridge-tunnel ratio of 86%. The project is difficult to construct and requires a large amount of sand and gravel aggregates. The Hangzhou-Huangshan High-speed Railway Project Section of China Railway 15th Bureau is located in Anhui Province. The project uses a large amount of tunnel slag generated during tunnel construction to produce sand and gravel aggregates for concrete, so as to achieve self-production and self-use of tunnel slag, scientific coordination, and cost saving. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of railway construction, two independent systems were built at two operation points in the project construction area, which also saved the transportation distance of sand and gravel aggregates. The two sets of system solutions are a complete set of solutions integrating crushing, shaping and sand making. The core of the system is the use of an advanced three-chamber powerful impact crusher, which takes into account the functions of integrated production of crushing, shaping and sand making, with superior performance, large crushing ratio, good finished product shape and reasonable grading. The two sets of sand and gravel aggregate systems of the project were implemented by Luoyang Dahua in the preliminary plan planning, site layout, foundation construction, process design, equipment manufacturing and system installation. In October 2015, the first set of 150 tons/hour sand and gravel aggregate production line was installed and put into production. In April 2016, the second set of 150 tons/hour sand and gravel aggregate production line was installed and put into production.
