Sichuan boasts the province's largest gold mine, situated atop a peak at an altitude of 4200 meters. The thin air and oxygen content, only 60% of that at sea level, coupled with extreme weather conditions, present significant challenges to mining operations.

To improve mining efficiency and capacity, the Sichuan Gold Improvement Project decided to upgrade its existing crushing line, with the core objectives of expanding processing capacity and reducing ore feed particle size. Amidst fierce competition from numerous well-known domestic and international companies, Shibang Group's solution stood out due to its superior performance. It innovatively upgraded the old process of "C100 + GP11F two-stage closed-circuit, producing -18mm particle size" to a "C100 + HST160 (H1) high-efficiency primary crushing + HPT300 (F2) fine secondary crushing three-stage closed-circuit system," achieving a product particle size precision of -12mm. This not only significantly increased processing capacity but also effectively reduced the ore particle size before grinding, laying a solid foundation for subsequent grinding operations and significantly optimizing the production process and economic benefits.

After the technological upgrade, actual production and operation verified that Shibang's technological upgrade plan and equipment fully met the customer's requirements for increasing the crushing and screening capacity before entering the mill and reducing the particle size entering the mill, which was highly praised by the customer.
