1. It means that the material is too large. You can check the feed size.

4. Improper foundation treatment requires checking the anchor bolts and strengthening them.

2. Heating of impact crusher bearings

1. It means that the bearing is short of oil and needs to be refueled in time. Of course, too much refueling will also cause the bearing to heat up. Be sure to check the oil level when refueling.

2. The bearing is damaged and the bearing should be replaced in time.

3. The upper cover is too tight. Adjust the bolts to a moderate tightness.

3. The particle size of the material discharged from the impact crusher is too large

1. It indicates that the hammer head is worn and needs to be adjusted or replaced.

2. The gap between the hammer head and the impact plate is too large, generally adjusted to 15-20mm.
