1. Check the installation of cone crusher
The cone crusher needs to be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and stabilized by foundation bolts. After the installation is completed, the operator should conduct a comprehensive inspection: whether the bolts of each component are loose, whether the bin door is closed, whether the main body is vertical to the horizontal plane, and the power cord and control switch status. After confirmation, a no-load test is carried out first, and only qualified ones can be put into production.

2. Check the spare parts of the cone crusher
The bearing condition is related to the life and operation of the cone crusher, so the operator must ensure that the equipment is well lubricated during production. During normal operation, the temperature rise of the bearing should be controlled within 35℃, and even high temperature cannot exceed 70℃. Once the bearing temperature is higher than 70℃, the operator needs to stop the cone crusher immediately for processing.
Check the wear of the cone crusher wear-resistant parts and replace the damaged parts in time, especially the frame scale plate. If the frame scale plate is damaged, the operator should replace it in time to avoid wear of the cone crusher shell.
When the cone crusher is working stably, the vibration sound is no-load. If there is abnormal sound or vibration during the production process of the cone crusher, the operator should immediately stop the operation for inspection.
3. Check the feeding and discharging of the cone crusher
Check whether the raw materials entering the crushing cavity of the cone crusher meet the requirements: the raw material size should be within the allowable range and the water content should not be higher than 15%. During the crushing process of the cone crusher, the operator should check whether there are impurities entering the crushing cavity to avoid damage.
Regularly check the unloading of the cone crusher to ensure that the unloading port is unobstructed. Once it is found that the finished product size does not meet the requirements, the operator should immediately check the wear of the cone crusher cover, concave surface and the tightness of the V-belt.
