Terrazzo grinding process

Firstly, the crushed terrazzo into the powder below 325 mesh in the high strength mill. Then send the powder into the slurry barrel to add water and dispersant mixing slurry, for ultra-fine pulverisation to 4500-6000 mesh. The ultrafine pulverised slurry is dried in a dryer and sent to a calciner for calcination, adding 1-3% of the total weight of the whitening agent, which is composed of fine coal, sodium sulfate and sodium chloride, mixed at 10:0.3:0.2 by weight. The calcination temperature is 970-990℃. Finally, the product is made and packed.

Investment Prospects

At present, the global production of high terrazzo is about 40 million tonnes, of which about 23.5 million tonnes of refined terrazzo. Terrazzo is an important raw material for the construction industry. In addition, terrazzo is also used as filler outside, but also need pigment, fill, pigment with terrazzo accounted for the proportion of 20-35% of the weight of the paper.
