The production line is equipped with several star products from Shibang Group, including the F5X feeder, HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, VSI6X sand making machine, and S5X vibrating screen. Impact Crusher: Optimized and adjusted based on existing processes to achieve ideal operating efficiency, producing high-quality manufactured sand with excellent particle shape.

Screening Equipment: Responsible for classifying and screening the crushed sand and gravel to ensure uniform particle size and stable quality of the finished product.

Innovative Technological Upgrades to Improve Output and Quality: Considering the customer's requirement to increase production capacity while maintaining the quality of the finished aggregate, and given the high compressive strength and difficulty in crushing tuff in the raw material, Shibang's technical staff, after multiple technical modifications and demonstrations, increased the operating speed of the sand making equipment on the production line by 15%. This innovative technological upgrade significantly improved the sand making efficiency per unit time. In addition, the technical staff optimized and adjusted the impact crusher to achieve an ideal operating efficiency suitable for the existing production line mode.

Practice has proven that these innovative technological upgrades significantly increased the proportion of manufactured sand in the sand and gravel products, and the finished aggregate was more rounded and of better quality compared to before the upgrades, achieving a dual improvement in output and quality, and gaining high recognition from the customer.
