1. Fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate: The crushing chamber structure of the jaw crusher includes a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. When working, these two jaw plates are in direct contact with the raw material: the fixed jaw plate remains stationary, while the movable jaw plate reciprocates. Through the movement of the movable jaw plate, the raw material is subjected to continuous extrusion and shear force, so that it is effectively crushed.

2. Toggle plate: The toggle plate (toggle plate) is crucial in the jaw crusher. It transmits driving force and supports the movable jaw plate, while protecting the crusher from damage. When unbreakable foreign matter enters the crushing chamber, the toggle plate will break first, causing the machine to stop, thereby preventing damage to key components and reducing maintenance costs.

3. Eccentric shaft: The eccentric shaft transmission part includes the movable jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing seat and pulley, which is used to transmit the driving force. The eccentric shaft moves in the outer circle due to the axis offset. In the jaw crusher, the eccentric shaft and the bearing cooperate to drive the movable jaw plate to reciprocate to achieve the extrusion and crushing of the raw materials.
