The hardness of the granite directly affects its crushing difficulty and sand rate. The granite with higher hardness is more difficult, so its sand rate is usually low. The granite with moderate hardness and poor toughness is more fragile, and the sand rate is relatively high.

2. The size of the rock

The size of the rock is a key factor that affects the granite sand -made sand rate. The granite with a large granular granite is difficult to crush, and it requires greater broken force and grinding, resulting in a lower sand rate. At the same time, large grain granite will increase equipment wear and energy consumption and reduce production efficiency.

3. Other mineral content

The content of other minerals in granite also affects sand making effects. For example, it contains high amounts of Yunmu, long stone, quartz and other minerals, which may reduce the rate of sand.
