Granite, as a hard ore, its crushing and pulverising process has extremely strict requirements on equipment, production technology and environmental protection facilities. In this context, to ensure that the production process is efficient and environmentally friendly has become the focus of attention of many enterprises. Recently, an enterprise in Inner Mongolia has successfully implemented a granite crushing production line project, which meets its demand for desulphurisation and pulverisation in an efficient and environmentally friendly way.
The main material processed in this project is granite, and the designed output is 150T/H, with the feed size of 600mm, and the discharge size can be adjusted to a variety of specifications, such as 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, etc., according to the demand. At the production site, advanced process and equipment configuration are adopted to ensure the high efficiency and stability of production.
The materials are firstly transported by forklift trucks directly to the coarse crushing mobile station for preliminary crushing, and the crushed aggregate size reaches 180mm.Subsequently, the aggregate enters into the impact crusher for medium and fine crushing treatment, producing 60mm aggregate. Next, the aggregate is evenly and quantitatively transported to the tracked mobile station for shaping and screening by belt conveyor. During the screening process, aggregates larger than 20mm will be re-entered into the impact crusher for fine crushing, while the other aggregates will be directly output as finished products.
It is worth mentioning that the NK series mobile plant adopted in this project has flexible modular solutions to meet the diversified needs of customers. This series of mobile plant includes coarse crushing mobile plant, medium crushing mobile plant, screening mobile plant and other types, which can be widely used in coarse crushing, medium and fine crushing, screening, shaping sand making and other fields.
In addition, a series of advanced technologies and equipments are introduced into the production line to improve production efficiency and environmental performance. For example, the vibrating screen adopts thin oil self-lubrication, which has good lubrication effect and long maintenance cycle, effectively reducing the maintenance cost and labour cost. Meanwhile, the PE3040 jawbreaker adopts new technology design, which has the advantages of long service life, high crushing ratio and easy adjustment of discharge opening, which can meet the product demand of different crushing applications.
In addition, the production line also adopts a new on-board integrated intelligent automatic control system, which makes the operation, maintenance and adjustment of the crushing operation process more convenient and accurate. This system can monitor the operation status of the production line in real time, find and solve potential problems in time, and ensure the stable operation of the production line.
The successful implementation of this project once again proves the technical strength and experience in the field of granite crushing and pulverising.
